punchline Pro is a $5 one-time purchase, not a subscription. If it's not for you, here's exactly how refunds work.
7-day refund window
If you're not happy with punchline Pro, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at support@ehzie.com with the email address you used at checkout. We'll process it quickly.
How refunds work
punchline Pro payments are processed by Stripe. When we approve a refund, Stripe returns the full $5 to your original payment method. This typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund is issued, your Pro access is revoked on the device it was activated on. Your HA's and other local data remain on your device, nothing is deleted.
No subscription, no cancellation
punchline Pro is a one-time charge. There are no recurring payments, no renewals, and nothing to cancel. You pay once and keep it. The only way to stop a payment is to request a refund within the 7-day window before it has been processed.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window, purchases are final. If you have an exceptional circumstance, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
