Refund Policy
punchline Pro is a $5 one-time purchase. I want you to feel confident about your purchase. If it's not for you, let me know.
7-day refund window
If you're not happy with punchline Pro, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email me with the email address you used at checkout and allow a few days for a response.
How refunds work
Payments are processed by Stripe. When we approve a refund, Stripe returns the full amount to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment method, this may take up to 5–10 business days.
After a refund is issued, your Pro access is revoked on the device it was activated on. Your HA's and other local data remain on your device until cleared. Nothing is deleted.
Subscriptions and cancellations
punchline Pro is a one-time charge. There are no recurring payments, no renewals, and nothing to cancel. You pay once and keep it. The only way to stop a payment is to request a refund within the 7-day window before it has been processed.
