A quick guide to the focus timer.
Press any number key on your keyboard and the clock updates in place.
2 5 and it will show 25:00. Press Backspace to remove the last digit.
The pill below the clock drains as your session runs.
Six sounds live below the controls: rain, fire, cafe, waves, wind, and birds. Each has a slider.
Your mix is saved automatically and restored when you come back.
The heatmap is in the settings drawer. Choose to show it or not. It shows the last 30 days as a grid; each square is one day. Darker means more time focused. The current day is outlined. Hover or tap a square to see the exact amount of focused time.
Tap the menu icon in the top-right (or press D) to open the side panel. From here you can change the theme, adjust settings, manually add focus time, export your history as a CSV, or clear everything.
Everything stays on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere. If you clear your browser storage, your history goes with it; export a CSV first if you want to keep your logged time.
The timer also survives a page refresh. If you close the tab mid-session and come back, the clock picks up from where it should be based on real time.
Forgot to start the timer? Open the drawer, go to add focus time, type the number of minutes, and tap add. It gets logged into today.
Finished something you're proud of? Open the drawer and tap celebrate. Or press B from anywhere.
